It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. I probably need to mention a few things.
First, I have made a website for Personville Press. Gradually I will be mirroring some of the book information for ebooks by Mr. Matthews to that site.
Second, I have been making some short videos about ebooks and publishing. Many relate to the fiction and personality of Jack Matthews.
I still have audio and a very small amount of video with Mr. Matthews which I can put in future videos. This year I’d like to do “literary elevator pitches” for every Matthews title published by Personville Press.
Also, I made a 13 minute video about me and why I started Personville Press (Video is embedded below). It’s more about me than Mr. Matthews, but I talk at great length about meeting Mr. Matthews (0:20- 0:45) and the struggles of producing Interview with the Sphinx (6:41-9:40).
Finally, I realize that this website isn’t exactly easy to read for people on mobile phones. Eventually I plan to redo this website with a theme that is more friendly to mobile readers. Can’t predict when it’s going to happen (maybe within a year), but it definitely will happen.
Up until this year, this website contained a mixture of publishing and biographical stuff. Now that I have a fairly robust publishing website, this site can focus more about the biography of Jack Matthews and his approach to literature.
